At the heart of this library is a highly detailed legato system, optimized for realism and playability. This system makes it possible to switch between five different types of legato articulations and multiple legato transitions.
 
Velocity articulation switching allows to change between:
 
  • Decrescendo
  • Regular vibrato
  • Progressive vibrato 
 
For deeper control, CC2, let's you morph between:
 
  • Poco vibrato
  • Regular vibrato
  • Special bow
 
This allows for fluid, evolving performances. Perfect for film scoring, game music and emotional soundtracks.

Multiple Legato Transitions for Realism

Rebel Cello includes several types of sampled legato transitions:
 
Regular legato transitions
 
Slurred transitions (via sustain pedal) - Available in both ascending and descending intervals (from minor third to an octave).
 
Fast legato transitions for quick passages (up to major second).
 
Double note legato mode (pedal + fast playing) generates natural embellishments using two-note transitions (up to a major second).
