Effortlessly blend between two sources. A standout feature of Havoc Guitars is its "Havoc Blender". Here users may load two simultaneous sound patches, with there own independent controls, and use the Havoc Blender to mix between the two sounds. This opens up many interesting possibilities, such as creating new timbres or harmonies for example.
The goal of Havoc Guitars was to take electric guitar and create new and unique sounds. Using many techniques such as additive/subtractive resynthesis,reverse recording,and heavy effect processing.
Some of the most interesting and fun sounds of the library can be found in the prepared section. Here,practical methods were used to create gritty,distorted,and downright disturbing aleatoric effects. This creepy atonal clusters,stabs,and glissandi effect present an fresh palette of sounds for horror,tension and sci-fi score composers.
We'd like to bid a thanks and farewell to a trusty old friend. An Ibanez S470 was used and abused in the making of this library.
