Mountains is part of Biome series for Pigments 3. It contains 80 experimental synth presets inspired by the scapes, fauna and flora of the Mountains Biome.

Ocean continues the Biome series for Pigments. This soundbank contains 80 new presets including pads, synths, keys, leads and basses. Most of them were designed with the powerful wavetable engine of Arturia Pigments, sometimes using only one engine and sometimes by stacking both engines with some fine-tuning, which resulted to a fuller and more dimensional sound.

Ocean is a sound story of the depths of our planet’s seas, a journey through very special pelagic places and to some of the most well known animal and plants that it hides. It is a perfect fit for cinematic and game audio music as well as for electronic and rock genres. All macros are assigned to a variety of options to give more inspiration to your compositions. Grasslands for Pigments 3 is an 80 patch library part of the Biome series. Within this soundbank we explore the massive grasslands of our planet, the fauna and flora and the special characteristics of this biome.

It contains modern plucky keys for electronic music productions and there are 13 presets under the name "Harmonic Valley" that were designed with the powerful harmonic engine of Pigments. The sounds and especially the plucks rely a lot on the effect chain using very often some predelay on the reverb and also the infamous multiband compressor to give a modern touch.

Beside EDM, Trance, House and Techno this library could also be used for more cinematic and experimental styles. Some plucks shine being used as biting rhythmic bass lines in contrast with the harmonic engine’s patches which touch the brighter side of the frequency spectrum.

Desert for Pigments 3 is the 10th and last pack of our Biome series for this incredible synth by Arturia. It contains 80 atmospheric sounds including 70 evolving synths and pads as well as 10 experimental percussions.

It is a very emotional soundbank that could be divided in 4 categories. The 10 "Dry Scapes" presets are the percussion part of it. "Desert Sunrise" is a 20 patch part with medium attack speed so they could be played as Pads and Keys. The 22 "Dunes" are more like dark atmosphere, classic synths and also can be played as Pads. Finally the 28 "Oasis" sounds are slow evolving pads with plenty of movement and sometimes airy character.

All macros are assigned to interesting things for creating a multidimensional variety of sounds. For most of patches MW is assigned to vibrato and AT to pitch modulation.

Misty Town soundbank for Arturia Pigments 3 and Analog Lab V contains 100 presets created with the Sample engine of Pigments 3.

The category of each sound mostly derived from the kind of sample used for the preset design. Here there are several categories like Basses, Woodwinds, Keys & Bells, Lo Fi Keys, Strings, Pianos, Guitars and Pads.

The soundbank character could be identified as experimental with various filter types used as well as some granular stuff. It covers a variety of music styles like cinematic, electronic, new age and other.

Flying Carpet contains 60 emotional patches for Arturia Pigments 3 and Analog Lab V. The presets could be used like pads in your productions or even as classic poly synths. The attack and release stages of the amp are assigned to Macro 1 and Macro 2 respectively to give flexibility of how you need to use them. Turn attack to the left to have a faster attack and use the presets as poly synths, or turn it to the right to transform them to atmospheric emotional pads.

Macro 3 could give a very subtle saturation to the sound and Macro 4 adds a gradually parallel chorus effect which is in the aux bus. Use MW for vibrato and Aftertouch for modulating the pitch to higher frequencies. This soundbank is full of atmospheric, evolving and emotional sounds created with the wavetable engine of Pigments 3. There are 4 main categories of sounds to create a nice solution tool for Synthwave / Outrun productions:

This pack consists of atmospheric sounds and most of them will add tension and release feelings, perfect for cinematic compositions.

Almost every granular synth of this soundbank is relatively easily played in mid-tempo parts and could play the role of a musical synth pad rather than a very long evolving textural and sound effect patch.

Shimmer Light is a 50 patches collection for Arturia’s Pigments and Analog Lab V. All presets are synth keys and the common element that comes with them is the shimmer reverb effect which was recently introduced to Pigments. The shimmer reverb here creates some nice sounding feedback I upper pitches. Its intensity could be easily modulated through the 4th Macro of the synth.
This soundbank is versatile and suitable for a variety of music genres and productions.

For some patches you may listen to some clicky sounds in the attack part – if it is something you want to get rid of then there may be two ways. Check in the effects section if the preset use the Super Unison effect and deactivate the Retrig button or adjust the AMP envelope attack to will.

With the four macros you could adjust Voices and Detune, FM, Wavefold and the Shimmer Reverb intensity.

Analog Teeth is a small soundbank for Arturia Pigments and Analog Lab V that consists of 15 Saw - Ramp oscillator patches, designed with analog engine of Pigments synth.

Its purpose is very specific – warm and dark sounds that could be played like poly synth with analog sonic character. The sounds are pretty much nostalgic and could fit to a variety of music genres.

Please Note

Try to keep optimal levels of your synth tracks to avoid digital clipping from the synth’s output for the best sounding results and to avoid any potential equipment damage. While designing the sounds we try to keep at a good level but as the final level is a result of many different factors e.g., how many keys are pressed and with how much velocity always try to avoid digital clipping.

Using a limiter to ensure that no digital clipping occurs is recommended to keep equipment safe.

Beacon is a small soundbank for Arturia Pigments 4 and Analog Lab V consisting of 20 dark analog sound presets created with Square / Pulse oscillators from Pigments analog engine.

Pianos for Arturia Pigments 3 and Analog Lab V contains 30 sampled piano based presets. All presets are based on acoustic grand and electric piano soundsources. Each different patch has its distinctive character.

Electric piano is a type of keyboard instrument that uses electrical signals to generate the sound instead of the traditional acoustic piano.

Electric piano are most commonly used in jazz, pop, and rock music. The electric keyboard has been around for a lot of year and it is responsible for some of the most iconic music tracks in history.

Electric pianos can be either stand-alone instruments or integrated into other musical equipment such as synthesizers and guitars.

From the other side grand piano is a musical instrument consisting of a keyboard with 88 keys and a soundboard that amplifies the vibration of each key to produce sound.

The grand piano has been around for centuries and is one of the most popular instruments in the world. It is used in classical music, jazz, blues, rock, pop and many other styles of music. The grand piano has been used in many notable pieces including "Moonlight Sonata", "Fur Elise", "Toccata and Fugue" and many more.

Using piano samples in a synth like Pigments gives us plenty of new possibilities to manipulate the sound to new sonic dimensions. In this way the instrument is losing its acoustic characteristic and it is transforming into new synthetic timbre with infinite creation dimension.

Pigments can manipulate the soundsource in a lot of different ways adding new things within the texture os the sound - this was the main goal in this soundbank. Creating some synthetic flavored piano patches with heavy experimentation coming from the synth's abilities.

It is a nice small addition whether you play rock, metal or electronic, ambient and experimental things. In some of the presets you could easily recognize some 90's influenced vibes.

Red Pads contains 30 sad sounding atmospheric long synths perfect being used as pads for your productions.

It was designed with the powerful Arturia Pigments 3 and it is also available for Analog Lab V users.

Textural Grains is our first soundbank for Arturia Pigments 4 and it is also available for Analog Lab V. It consists of 40 granular pads with textured colors for adding atmospheric elements in your productions.

The base of this soundpack are custom samples taken by our Sympan and Symposium soundbanks.

The 40 presets are mainly non playable in terms of a classic synth performance but maybe a good exception of that is the “Grammophone Sound” preset which embraces some distinct sound characteristics of a vintage gramophone.

All presets are in Poly 2 mode meaning that only 2 voices polyphony could be played the same time. You could change that in the down part of the Pigments synth and add any voices you like.

The play mode was designed with just 2 voices as the soundbank is mainly focusing on creating textural atmospheres that sit beneath the music part of your productions.

A nice tip is to sample in your DAW a low register note and then you could transform it into a textural atmospheric low rumble, nice for some techno tracks. This tip could have application to almost all presets of Textural Grains preset pack.

White Tears is a soundbank for Arturia Pigments and Analog Lab V with 40 emotional and mostly plucky keys (a combination of an electric piano and a wavetable synth).

The goal of this soundbank is specific – sometimes we need some instruments in our productions that are not so much obvious in the final sonic result but they are important to fill some gaps.

Except from a couple of presets here all of them are serving this role. Calm and neutral sounds that always find a place and connect the pieces.

Those patches are very good for playing arps both ascending and descending ones. The use of delay and an obvious reverb is very helpful.

This is a modern soundbank that could fit to genres like pop, ballads, easy listening music, new age and electronic.

MW adds vibrato while Aftertouch is modulating the pitch. All 4 macros are assigned to Voices (Unison and Detune), Frequency Modulation, Wavefold and the send intensity to the AUX reverb device.
