This library was recorded at 96k/24 bit, using my very trusty and handy Sony PCM D100 in XY configuration. The D100 was equipped with a Rycote shockmount, and, more often than not, a pistol grip for easy and flexible mic placement. Software used in the editing includes Pro Tools HD and iZotope Rx.
About the Artwork:
You may get a bit of nostalgia from the artwork. There’s a reason for that – it’s a tribute to and spoof of The Doors’ album “LA Woman”, originally conceived and designed by the infamous Carl Cossick. What can I say, I’m a bit of a dork, and a fan of The Doors! But, I’ll be checking the mail every day, waiting for a the “cease and desist” letter…
