Lake District Ambiences

Lake District Ambiences comprises a variety of atmospheres and spot effects captured in the Lake Distract National Park. The District is located in the North West of England, UK, and attracts visitors from all over the world with its rural sights and sounds.

This compact collection includes both interior and exterior ambiences featuring wildlife and people. Birdsongs, sheep calls, geese, water splashes, row boat creaks, arcade games, streams, wing flaps, children playing, marina dock crowds (and more!) provide background options for a varied mix of scene types - from peaceful, rural settings to hubbubs of noise.

All sounds are delivered in 24Bit 96kHz format allowing further sonic manipulation, and have been meticulously edited and tagged with extensive UCS compliant metadata for ease of use.
