VCO is identical to TRONTO, using waveforms from the same legendary early 70s monosynth, but this time, not recorded to tape, to preserve the purity of the waveform. Phase aligned sample starts and loops, with long natural sustains of up to 20 secs.

In exchange for not using tape, the tape saturation plugin within Kontakt 5 is enabled, along with the regular saturation effect AND Tronsonic's own tape and valve impulse response within the convolution reverb. This is all simultaneously activated with the 'saturation' button on the interface, and really makes a difference.

With an identical interface to Tronto (minus the 3 colour themes), DCO is sampled WITHOUT TAPE from a famous 80s Japanese DCO polysynth. The lack of 'real' tape saturation allows for very accurate sampling of the waveforms - enabling stability and PRECISION within synthesis.
