Patmos has a very simple and easy to use interface where you can immediately control attack and release. You can also tweak hi-pass and low-pass filters with dedicated cutoff and resonance controls. Attack-release and filter knobs are selected with dedicated buttons located under triangle company logo in the middle part of instrument.
Patmos also has a built in reverb and delay with dedicated controls. All of these parameters are clearly visible, and there is no need to spend too much time on adjusting the right settings.
