Alex Bent has recorded over 100 MIDI grooves and fills that you can play from within Trivium Drums or simply drag and drop into your DAW session.
It’s a great way to get a song idea moving fast and avoid getting stuck with detailed drum programming. You can always fine-tune the drum programming later if the MIDI groove you picked needs a bit of adapting to fit your song.
Create lifelike drum performances, with Bogren Digital’s proprietary Anti-Machinegun feature, which intelligently adds variation to fast consecutive drum hits to avoid the unnatural machinegun effect.
With the Auto Double Kick feature, you no longer have to ask how a real drummer would play those fast kick runs – Auto Double Kick will automatically and organically distribute fast patterns across both kicks when required, saving you time and making the performance more natural.
When you want to use Trivium Drums to augment or replace recorded drums, you can do that with Slate Trigger 2 or any other sampler if you prefer that workflow over staying in Kontakt.
All shell samples in Trivium Drums are included as Trigger 2 TCI and WAV files, ready for use as typical mix samples to add excitement and great tones to any mix.

Painstakingly crafted to Jens Bogren's personal and incredibly meticulous specifications, this live room offers a sound like no other. There is no substitute for a great drum room and there is no better place to record drums than at Fascination Street Studios.
Trivium Drums was created with one goal in mind — to deliver pro-level drum tracks fast.
From the moment you launch the instrument, you have access to Alex Bent’s drum sound, recorded and mixed by Jens Bogren and ready for use in your next song. If you prefer mixing yourself, switch from Processed to Natural, which removes Jens’ mix processing and gives you the drum sounds just as they were originally tracked.
Expand the Advanced Panel to set the individual drum mic levels, determine the amount of bleed between the channels, add reverb, and switch in the parallel compressor.
