These 4 main dials give you flexible control over the fundamental parameters of Outlaw, meaning that it’s easy to make broad-strokes adjustments to the performance of the plugin. Adjust the intensity of the effect with the MIX dial and set the RMS target level with the TARGET dial. Use the GATE control to set a relative level so that the gain-rider ignores softer sounds. The master output is controlled by the GAIN dial, very useful for setting accurate levels for precise A/B signal comparison.

'Mutant Reverb’ is a mono-to-stereo reverb plugin with a built-in ducker; perfect for vocals, percussion, synths and many other applications where you need precise control of reverb tails. Adding reverb to sounds gives warmth, character and places the sound in a real-world space. However, big problems arise when a reverb tail masks the clarity of the original signal, resulting in a muddy and undefined sound. Mutant Reverb is the solution, in just a couple of clicks you can duck the reverb processing out of the way of the original audio without any complicated side-chain or compression routing. Mutant Reverb offers Stereo Split processing with a lush reverb algorithm that can turn a mono source into a stereo reverb signal. We’ve also included several controls to tune the room and tail character of the reverb effect. The Internal Ducker section gives you the typical threshold, ratio, attack, hold and release controls, to create space in your mix. You can even mute the original signal, to listen to the ducked reverb effect in precise detail or use the plugin on an effect bus. The visual feedback section at the top of the interface shows how the dry and wet signals are interacting in two distinct colours, making it easy to identify the reverb and ducking. Whereas most other chorus plugins only double the signal, Orchid quadruples your audio with four-way chorus processing, taking your productions to the next level.

Sometimes the wildest ideas are the best and Screamo is proof... a crazy concept that just works! We’ve taken distortion to the next level by wrapping up several familiar ideas within one plugin, resulting in a talk-box / screamer hybrid that can groove along with your track.

Forget about complex audio routing and syncing up multiple LFOs. With Screamo that’s handled for you as half of the plugin interface features a dedicated waveform shaper which can modulate resonant filters, distortion and gain to add life to any audio. As a famous vocalist once sang, “It’s all about the bass” and in as far as most genres of music are concerned, she’d be correct! Bass line balancing has always been a big challenge for producers, especially at the mixing stage, as the dynamic range of low end material can be huge. If you leave bass lines as they are, then they’ll threaten to unbalance the rest of your mix, but apply compression too liberally and a lively bass sound will have the life sucked out of it. So what to do?

That’s where Fundamental Bass comes in, giving you a quick way to tighten up the dynamics of your low end whilst keeping the snap and sparkle of mids and highs. The processing is achieved with an adjustable frequency split which feeds to two separate modules for processing. The low band features twin-compressors and imaging adjustment for clarity and mono compatibility. The high band compresses and adds grit, enhancing natural harmonics whilst keeping the bounce of the bass.

With a clutch of useful parameters and a comprehensive range of presets, all you need to worry about is where to set the frequency split for maximum dance floor destruction.

As producers, we’re all searching for that something special - a quick and easy way to transform sounds beyond their original forms and push them to the next level. Some of us achieve that by using complex plugin FX chains, or even by routing audio through outboard equipment. Zqueezer is a brand new way to inject a unique flavour into your synths, bass lines and vocals.

Now, this is a difficult plugin to explain - and honestly, you’re probably better skipping the science and just taking Zqueezer for a test drive to experience the twisted squelchy goodness that it has to offer. With monophonic source audio, Zqueezer can function as a kind of “adaptive filter”, squashing the sound with an emphasis on harmonics and a type of formant-shifting effect. For more complex types of polyphonic material, Zqueezer mangles the overtones, resulting in a more complex network of partial tones and intermodulations. Sounds wild, right? It is!
